This 16×20 commissioned painting features two Shelties from Lafayette, CO…. Ian and Kali.

Ian is an obedience champion and has the following titles: CGC, RN, RA and RE. Kali is finishing up her conformation championship.

According to their mom:

“Ian is the sweetest, most even-tempered, kindest dog I have ever known. He is incredibly intuitive and compassionate and is a big goof-ball. He loves everyone and expects everyone to love him.

“Kali on the other hand… I refer to her as my female gang member! She is the mouthiest, most opinionated b*tch you will ever know. She is sweet too, but she is much more assertive and stubborn to some extent. She is just as smart as Ian but whereas Ian will do anything you ask of him, Kali will ask ‘what’s in it for me? or why?’ She is sarcastic and smart-assed. She thinks she is better than every one else.”
